We will discuss in detail your food preferences/dislikes, food allergies and any special dietary restrictions for your family. We will also discuss your Packaging, Service, and Fee options. Once you decide to hire your Personal Chef and a "Cheffin Date" is scheduled we will then begin the planning of your customized menu. This service includes the careful selection of the freshest ingredients based on quality availability.
We will then prepare the meals in your kitchen, and bring all the utensils and equipment we need (except for the stove that is)!
Your customized Gourmet meals are then packaged, labeled, and stored according to your individual needs, whether you're single, a couple or a family of any size. A menu and detailed heating instructions are provided for each entrand side.
