                 Chef Tracey has always loved cooking for friends and family.  At the age of

12 she promised herself that she was going to attend Johnson & Wales

University, and Be A Chef. She did just that 7 years later, graduating on the Deans

List from Johnson & Wales University North Miami, rated one of the top ten

culinary arts educators in the country. 

                 After working in various food and beverage outlets from corporate hotels,

to the Memorial Health Care System, Chef Tracey began her search for the ideal

business.  One where she could incorporate her passion for cooking, and allow

time for her family.  She found the Personal Chefs Network. With her formal

culinary education, and training from PCN, not to mention practical experience

in the food service industry she is now also able to help her time starved

 customers find time for their families by preparing delicious, healthy,

affordable, personalized meals.
